Fairy Slime FAQ

INGREDIENTS

  • Main: PVA and Borax
  • Additional: colorants, fragrances, oils, lotion, soap, glycerin, clay
  • Warning: Possible allergen cross-contamination (nuts, dairy, soy, gluten)

COMMON ISSUES

  • Stiff slime: Normal during hot weather; will soften with warmth
  • Sticky slime: Use activator (1 tsp borax + 1 cup water) or refrigerate

ORDERING

  • Weekly restocks: Thursdays 3 PM PST/6 PM EST
  • Shipping times:
    • US: 3-10 days
    • International: 1-5 weeks
  • International customers responsible for customs/VAT/duties

RETURNS & PROBLEMS

  • Report issues within 10 days of delivery
  • Returns accepted for unopened items within 30 days
  • No returns on used products
  • Shipping insurance recommended via Route
  • Address changes: Email info@fairyslime.com before shipping
  • Wrong/damaged items: Email with order number and photos
  • Solutions:
    • In-stock items: Free replacement
    • Out-of-stock: Refund or substitute offered
